Three Counties members participate Norwich Half Marathon while fellow athlete completes his 500th parkrun
Three Counties Running members took part in the Larking Gowen Norwich Half Marathon.
This event used to be organised under City of Norwich AC but has now been taken over by Good Running Events.
The route is based on closed roads and tarmac.
This popular race invites thousands of participants of all ages and abilities to join in the fun at the picturesque Norfolk Showground.
With a stunning route that winds through the beautiful countryside of Norfolk on closed roads, runners experience the charm and splendour of this iconic East Anglian event.
The start and finish is based within the Norfolk Showground site.
It was a windy start to the day and the course wasn’t flat as the runners were led to believe.
Everyone had fantastic runs on the day whether they used the event as a training run, supporting another runner or going out for a personal best.
