At Colchester 12 gymnasts enter first DMT competition at regional level
Thanks to a Lottery grant of just over £8,000, Fenland Flyers were able to purchase a double mini trampoline (DMT) which has allowed competitors to enter trampolining and DMT at the same competition.
This weekend in Colchester 12 gymnasts entered their first DMT competition at regional level. Out of those 12, six were placed in the top three of their group and eight gained the qualifying score to be able to compete at Hatfield in March.
The gymnasts from the DMT competition, along with five other Fenland Flyers, then competed in their trampoline class. Everyone had an amazing day, especially those who were able to compete at both trampolining and DMT.
