Wisbech team Coveris wins Tydd St Giles Golf Club seniors Bob Johns Classic in aid of Cancer Research UK




Tydd St Giles Golf Club seniors recently played the Annual Bob Johns Classic open event.

The format was a 4-ball team Stableford event, all in aid of Cancer Research UK.

Sponsor and co-organiser John Leake was pleased to announce that on the day some £447 was raised for the charity.

The winning team was Coveris from Wisbech.

Results. Winning team: Coveris from Wisbech with 127 points, Barry Ellis, Matt Houchen, John Forbes, and Steve Embleton; runners-up from Tydd with 120 points ocb, Chris Moore, Toby North, Lee Newman, and Liz Miller.
