Wisbech Town, March Town and Parson Drove see their games postponed due to waterlogged pitches
Heavy rain decimated the senior football progamme this afternoon.
Wisbech Town suffered their third postponement in the space of a week with their home game against Melton Town falling foul of the wet weather.
The UCL Premier Division North game at Fountain Fresh Park was the subject of a 9.30am pitch inspection and was shelved shortly after.
It came on the back of call-offs against Heanor Town due to a frozen pitch last Saturday and another home call off against Cambridge University Press in the Cambs Invitation Cup on Tuesday night.
The Fenmen have rearranged the Cambs Invitation Cup tie for Tuesday night (7.45pm).
March Town's home clash against Wellingborough Town in the UCL Premier Division South was also called off.
The Hares Tweeted: "Today’s home match against @doughboys_wtfc is off due to a waterlogged pitch."
On Tuesday night, March crashed out of the Cambs Invitation Cup on penalties against Histon.
The quarter-final tie at Bridge Road ended goalless before the hosts won 4-3 from the spot.
It was a similar story for Parson Drove whose Thurlow Nunn League First Division North trip to Wivenhoe Town was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch at the E&L Property Services Stadium.
