Purina’s factory has been part of the Wisbech community since 1998 and to celebrate the recent £150 million investment in the factory’s future, we’re partnering with the pet care specialist to launch the Pet Pride Awards.
A celebration of the unconditional love and loyalty our furry friends bring into our lives, the awards will recognise amazing local cats and dogs, with each winner receiving £100 worth of pet food.
The five categories you can enter are...
Best Pet at Work:
A pet in action, or companion at work, supporting their owner or society in some way
Top Comedian:
A pet who constantly makes their owners and others laugh with their antics and fun personality
Top Rescue Pet:
An adopted pet who has made a difference to their owner or family
Ultimate Best Friend:
A pet-owner partnership where they’ve helped each other through difficult times
Wisbech’s Pet Superhero:
A pet who has done a heroic act to help their owner or someone else during a big life moment
How to enter
Enter below with the name of your pet, their breed, the category/ies you are entering plus no more than 200 words on why your pet is the deserving winner.
We know how much our furry friends can mean to the whole family and we would love to hear stories about your pets.
Anyone can enter and we welcome entries written by children – however, these will need to be submitted by a parent or carer over the age of 18 to be counted.
The winning pet in each category will receive £100 worth of tasty food from one of Purina’s well-loved brands, including Bakers, Felix, and Go-Cat.
