Wisbech GPO reunion

Former telephonists are being invited to ring in the changes at a reunion next month.

The GPO (General Post Office) Reunion is being held at Mendi’s in Old Market, Wisbech, on Wednesday, May 11, from 7pm.

The event has been organised by former telephonists Pat Kerridge, nee Holmes, and Margaret Fiske, nee Hall.

Mrs Fiske said: “If anyone has any old memorabilia, it would be lovely if they could bring it along.”
