Wendy's restaurant is coming to Wisbech

An iconic US fast food chain will be bringing something new to the area.

A popular American eatery is bringing another restaurant to the UK with one of its eating places set to open in the centre of Wisbech.

New restaurant Wendy's will be going into Unit Two of the Horsefair in the town.

The facilities have been undergoing major refurbishments since January in order to bring the premises back to life again.

The newest Wendy's restaurant in town will be owned and operated by franchisee Blank Table,

Wendy's is known for its square hamburger patties served on circular buns, sea salt fries and the Frosty and soft-serve ice cream mixed with starches.

Wendy's staple menu mainly consists of hamburgers, chicken sandwiches, French fries, and beverages such as the Frosty.

The restaurant hopes to be ready to welcome customers through the doors next month.
