Truck seized in Benwick and driver reported over out of date MOT and no tax

A truck owner has lost his vehicle after caught driving without tax or MOT in a Fenland village.

Officers from the Cambridgeshire Police Rural Crime Action Team stopped the vehicle in Benwick on Sunday and checks showed it has not been taxed since last April and its MOT was also out of date.

As a result, the vehicle was seized and the driver was reported for driving offences.
