Investigation launched after Long Sutton newsagents was robbed
A newsagents was robbed by a man brandishing a knife.
Police are appealing for information after a man raided Gedneys Newsagents in Long Sutton during the early hours of Saturday morning.
The man, who was wearing wearing a black face covering, a black jacket with his hood up and two-tone grey trousers, stole cash and cigarettes before fleeing the store.
He is reported to have headed off in the direction of West Street.
The incident was reported just after 5.30am.
A force spokesman said: “We are asking for help to identify who the man in the video is.
“We believe someone will recognise the trousers and the stature of the person. If you think you know who this may be please get in touch with the Investigating Officer by email at matt.wharton@lincs.police.uk”
