Norfolk Police arrest four men on suspicion of hare coursing in Walpole Highway




Four men have been arrested on suspicion of hare coursing.

Officers were called to reports of suspicious activity at Walpole Highway last Thursday.

Norfolk Police’s Operation Moonshot team subsequently arrested three men aged in their 20s and one man in his 30s, from the Surrey, Greater London and Hampshire area, just off the Bexwell roundabout at around 4pm.

They are suspected of hunting wild mammals with dogs and causing criminal damage, and were taken to Lynn Police Investigation Centre for questioning.

A vehicle and four dogs were also seized at the scene.

All four men have been bailed until December 12 with conditions not to enter Norfolk.
