Elections 2023: Tories continue to take seats in Fenland District Council

Wisbech Riverside Ward is the latest result to be announced.

Conservative stalwarts Nick Meekins and David Oliver took both seats up for grabs with Labour’s Kathryn Hearn putting up a respectable fight.

Full result: Nick Meekins (Con) – 447, David Oliver (Con) – 400 and Kathryn Hearn (Lab) – 255.

March South ward also went to the Tories.

Jan French retained her seat and her Conservative running partner Gary Christy took the other seat.
