Car seized in Whittlesey over lack of insurance and licence




A driver who was using their vehicle without insurance has had their car seized.

Officers from Fenland Police spotted the Hyundai while on patrol in Whittlesey on Monday night.

Checks revealed the car had no insurance, and the driver did not have a valid licence.

A spokesperson said: “The car was seized. Driving without insurance is an offence which could result in a penalty ranging from a fine and six points on your licence to a driving disqualification.”
