A47 Wisbech bypass re-open after three vehicle crash

The A47 Wisbech bypass has now reopened following a three vehicle road traffic collision.

One driver has been arrested on suspicion of being over the controlled drug limit for cocaine after they failed a DrugsWipe, following the accident which happened at lunchtime today (Monday).

This driver has been taken to hospital to be checked over.

The vehicles were recovered at the scene. Enquiries are ongoing.
