Bonfire spread to nearby shed in Leverington

Firefighters have tackled a bonfire that spread to a nearby shed.

The crew from Wisbech was called to the blaze in the open on Roman Bank, Leverington, at 12.13pm on Tuesday.

They arrived to find the shed on fire and used a hose reel to extinguish it.

The crew returned to its station by 1.30pm. The cause of the fire was accidental.
